Identifying potential clashes between planned works and helping minimise disruption to the highway network.
Reviewing streetworks documentation, traffic management proposals and supporting information.
Maintaining accurate records of permits, notices and streetworks activities.
Resolving permitting issues and liaising with stakeholders to ensure works progress efficiently.
Supporting the wider highways team with network coordination and streetworks administration.
The Streetworks Coordinator will have key experience in:

Strong understanding of NRSWA, the Traffic Management Act and relevant streetworks legislation.
Experience processing and managing streetworks permits and notices.
Experience liaising with utility companies, statutory undertakers and highways contractors.
Familiarity with streetworks management systems such as Symology, Street Manager or similar.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple permit applications and competing priorities.
