An excellent opportunity for a HSEQ professional to join a well-established engineering business, supporting Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance while driving continuous improvement across a diverse range of projects.

This company are a specialist engineering contractor delivering critical maintenance, installation and commissioning services across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise, safety and quality, the company is continuing to grow and is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of an HSEQ Manager.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the company's Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. You'll oversee internal audits, manage health and safety documentation including RAMS, conduct site inspections, liaise with clients and engineers, coordinate staff training, and drive continual improvement across all aspects of quality, safety and environmental performance.

This role would therefore suit a HSEQ professional with on-site experience looking for training and progression within a growing engineering company.

Manage and continuously improve the IMSConduct internal audits & ensure ongoing complianceProduce and review RAMS & carry out site safety inspectionsCoordinate training requirements & drive continuous improvement initiatives 35,000 - 39,000 + Training + Progression + BenefitsThe Person:

Experience with site-based health & safetyKnowledge of ISO management systemsExperience producing RAMS and conducting auditsCommutable to Tonbridge and happy to travel as required
