Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP65,000 per annum

What's in it for you?GBP50,000 - GBP65,000 per annum (depending on experience)Car allowancePrivate healthcareDiscounted gym membershipTraining and development opportunitiesPositive, supportive company cultureCareer growth in a stable and reputable companyModern, well-equipped office environmentKey Responsibilities:Prepare accurate tenders and project budgetsInterpret technical drawings and specificationsComplete take-offs (manual and digital)Produce Bills of QuantitiesIssue and evaluate subcontractor enquiries and quotationsPrepare and submit tender documentsManage post-tender queries through to contract awardHandover projects to the construction teamMaintain and update subcontractor databaseAttend site visits when requiredEnsure compliance with ISO , and 45001 standardsAbout You:Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction sectorStrong understanding of drawings and tender documentsExcellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent attention to detail and time managementClear and confident communicator (written and verbal)Self-motivated, reliable, and organisedFull UK Driving LicenceWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00Friday: 07:30 - 16:00Apply TodayIf you're an experienced Estimator seeking your next challenge with a forward-thinking construction company, we'd love to hear from you.
