Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Electrician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Electrician, will be responsible for:

Carry out all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks. Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring they are resolved within assigned priority timelines. Accurately record work activities and maintenance reports using IT systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with Statutory Regulations. Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support as required. Ensure full understanding and adherence to Statutory Compliance relevant to the role. To be successful for this Electrician role you must have:

Fully qualified in 18th Edition IEE Regulations (2383-18).

2391-52 Test & Inspection qualification (desirable)

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Full UK Driving Licence
