We serve clients in Liverpool and the surrounding areas, but provide National coverage, and are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

The Role - Electrical Installation Engineer (Electrical / Fire & Security)

As an Electrical Installation Engineer at ION Group, you will be responsible for leading your own projects and reporting to management. You will also be expected to enhance the existing skills and knowledge of our apprentices and less experienced staff members with tailored training and guidance.

In this dynamic role, you will experience diverse tasks daily. Regardless of the task, you will always be the face of our business, emphasising the importance of delivering outstanding customer service.

The Package

Salary : Competitive salary range of GBP36,000 - GBP40,000 (dependant on experience).

Expenses : Expenses paid. Some projects may require working away.

Benefits : Company pension, company van (following probation) and mobile phone.

Leave : 21 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Team Building : Enjoy team-building days out.

Contract : Permanent contract, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, plus overtime.

Our Requirements - Electrical Installation Engineer (Electrical / Fire & Security)

Experience : Experience and relevant industry qualifications in electrical installations, fire and security i.e. C&G Level 2/3 Electrotechnical Systems (or equivalent), C&G 2391 Test and Inspect (or equivalent), NVQ Level 3 - Essential. AM2 - desirable.

Certification : Relevant certification must be produced during interview to be successful. Copies accepted prior.

ECS Gold Card : Essential.

License : Full UK, clean driving license - Essential.

Checks : Due to the nature of our business, successful applicants will undergo standard DBS checks and they must be satisfactory to pass probation.

Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Autonomy : Ability to manage your workload with minimal supervision.
