We are looking for a process driven Manufacturing Engineer with a background in new products & process improvements. Someone who loves to get into the detail and work on some truly interesting and unique products.

What will you be doing?

This is a busy role where you will be carrying out a variety of responsibilities such as:

Leading readiness reviews manufacturing, standards ops, facilities. specs/implementation, PFMEA completion etc.Working with other departments to bring in new manufacturing processes.Lead process improvements to streamline workflow, reduce cost etc.Implement continuous improvement of lean manufacturing.Working from CAD models to perform prototyping & 1st off production runs.Work with tooling suppliers to ensure the correct equipment is supplied & on time for projects.Utilise Poka-Yoke solutions to optimise programmesWhat will make you stand out from the crowd?

Prior experience working with composites or plastics manufacturing.Experience working press & CNC machinery.Previous experience implementing Lean manufacturing concepts & methodologies.Strong problem solving skills (Ishikawa, 8D, 5S etc.)What do you get out of this?
