Job Title: CNC Setter Operator (Night Shift)

Location: Stroud

Hours: Night Shift

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Setter Operator:

Set and operate Mill–Turn CNC machines to produce high–precision components. Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining. Conduct tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform first–off and in–process inspections using measuring equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Key Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a CNC Setter Operator, with Mill–Turn machines. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong problem–solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges. Willingness to work night shifts and meet production targets.
