Position: CNC Programmer – Turning

Location: Cinderford

Permanent Full–Time Competitive Salary + Shift Allowance

I'm working with a well–established precision engineering company in Cinderford who are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer – Turner to join their team. This role offers variety, great benefits, and the chance to work on exciting projects using Fanuc–controlled horizontal and vertical turning machines.

The Role:

Set, program, and operate CNC lathes with a range of Fanuc controlsProduce small to medium components in cast iron, duplex stainless steel, and bronzeHandle both castings and billet workMaintain precision and quality standardsWork collaboratively in a busy engineering environmentThe Ideal Candidate:

Apprenticeship–trained CNC Turner (or equivalent experience)Confident with Fanuc controlsSkilled in working to tight tolerancesFlexible, proactive, and eager to develop skills (training available)Shift Pattern (Double Day):

Week 1: Mon–Fri 06:00 – 14:00Week 2: Mon–Thu 14:00 – 22:00, Fri 06:00 – 14:00Benefits Include:
