CNC Machinist / Manufacturing Engineer (Train into CAD/CAM)

30,000 – 45,000 + Progression to Team Leader + Technical Training + Premium Overtime + Performance related bonus + 32 Days Holiday + Pension + Early Friday Finish

Workshop based role, commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Ross–on–Wye, Cirencester, Swindon, Bristol, Worcester, and the surrounding areas.

On offer is a role within the manufacturing team, where you will be responsible for setting, operating and programming CNC machinery and working to produce manufacturing designs using CAD/CAM software.

This role would suit someone from a CNC Machining, Manufacturing, CAD or CAM background looking to work for a specialist manufacturing company that offer strong technical training and the opportunity to progress within the business.

The Role:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling and turning machines using CAD/CAM software

Interpreting complex engineering drawings and performing manual machining when needed

Conducting precision quality inspections and ensuring high production standards

Supporting continuous improvement and collaborating with design, assembly, and engineering teams
