First People Solutions is working with a well-established consulting engineer who are looking to grow their team with the addition of a Civil CAD Technician in Glasgow.

The Role

As a CAD Technician, you will:

Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for a variety of civil engineering projectsEnsure all outputs comply with relevant industry standards and meet design specificationsCollaborate closely with project leads and the wider design teamSupport the smooth delivery of projects

What We're Looking For

HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, CAD, or related discipline3-5 years' experience in a UK design engineering environmentStrong proficiency in CAD software, ideally MicroStation, with experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D also valuableA proactive team player with excellent attention to detail
