Are you a MRICS or FRICS qualified professional with two years post qualification experience?

GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a highly successful and well-known commercial property company, located in Worcestershire.

We are supporting their recruitment for a Chartered Surveyor to join their team on a permanent contract. We are looking for a full or part time Chartered Surveyor to work within a professional services team. If you have experience with commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, an attention to detail and good communication skills, then we want to hear from you.

To be considered candidates must be MRICS or FRICS qualified with two years post qualification experience.

Chartered Surveyor main duties:

Inspecting and measuring office, industrial and retail premisesPreparing rent review / lease renewal reports and researching comparableReporting to the client with our recommendationsNegotiating with the Landlord / Tenant or the other sides Surveyor Chartered Surveyor required skills and experience:

MRICS or FRICS with two years post qualification experienceKnowledge of Landlord & Tenant negotiations (rent review & Lease renewals)Knowledge of Co-Star or similar comparable databasesUnderstanding of lease agreements and tenant relationsTraining provided to provide RICS Valuations An immediate start is available.
