THE ROLE

You'll be the go–to expert for luxury clients – diagnosing, maintaining, and supporting top–tier AV and smart home systems. From home cinemas to whole–home control, no two days are the same.

Your day–to–day:

Diagnose & fix faults in AV and smart home systemsProvide remote & on–site support for high–profile clientsHandle routine maintenance and reactive calloutsEnsure seamless collaboration with project & programming teamsKeep clear, accurate service recordsRepresent IndigoZest with professionalism and technical confidence WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

Proven experience in AV/Smart Home service rolesStrong knowledge of Control4, Lutron, KNX, Crestron or similarConfident with AV distribution, networking, and IP systemsFull UK driving licenceGreat communication & client–facing skillsA problem–solving mindset and passion for technology Bonus Points For:

Control4 / Lutron programming skillsIT/networking qualificationsHome cinema and calibration know–howWhy the Client?
