Hours: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial management of projects that may range from GBP10M - GBP100+ . Working under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll help manage costs, assess financial viability, and ensure value for money while maintaining compliance with legal and contractual standards.

Your day to day may include:

Assisting in the financial assessment and reporting of projectsSupporting procurement activities and evaluating subcontractor returnsManaging applications for payment and conducting on-site measurementsProducing commercial reports and maintaining accurate project documentationCollaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives What are we looking for?

This role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
