About Us

LEM Electrical is a growing electrical contractor specialising in domestic and commercial electrical installations, with a strong focus on renewable energy, including Solar PV and battery storage systems. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable apprentice to join our team and learn from experienced electricians.

The Role

As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll assist with a variety of electrical and Solar PV installations while working towards your electrical qualification. This is a hands-on role offering excellent training and long-term career opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Assist with the installation of Solar PV and battery storage systems.
* Support electricians with domestic and commercial electrical installations.
* Learn testing, inspection and fault-finding techniques.
* Help prepare materials, tools and equipment for each job.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
* Attend college and complete apprenticeship coursework.

What We’re Looking For

* Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
* Good practical skills and a strong work ethic.
* Punctual, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable.
* A genuine interest in electrical work and renewable energy.
* Full UK driving licence (or working towards one) is an advantage but not essential.
