Had an issue with my fuse board, it kept tripping. So I found Jamie @ illuminate services LTD, I called and explained my situation and straight away I was impressed by the professionalism and communication skills. This was urgent for me to get sorted as I also have young kids and I wanted to make sure everything was safe. They managed to squeeze me in much sooner than I initially anticipated and was very courteous of where / when they could park as to not cause disruption with my neighbours, this for me was a absolute first for me. and I have to say it was a breath of fresh air as my family are pretty close with our neighbours. When Jamie arrived he was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. He managed to find the issue very quickly and explained everything along the way. He also had the supplies needed to complete the repairs and even asked if he could stay later than usual to ensure he could have everything fixed during that one visit. The level of skill and sheer hard work shown by such a young man was remarkable.
