Very poor communication failed to provide requested documents. Installed a faulty unit kept tripping the system. Was unwilling to resolve at first untill threats to log a complaint , they state all work guaranteed yet are trying to bill me for their remedial works. They seem to be operating under various names not all names were registered with relevant bodies personally will avoid in future very unreliable

The Inverter was kaput, this company provided a new one and fitted it in a much more convenient position, in the garage instead of in the attic. He fitted it, wired it up, and made sure that I had the app on my mobile. He made sure the app was working perfectly before completing the task.

Great job done on follow up to initial assessment. Got us back generating and made good some poor initial installation made by different company . Would highly recommend this company
