From the very beginning, he was both professional and friendly. He paid attention to detail, asked me what my preferences were (I wanted to keep my old sockets so he protected them) and even consulted me on whether I wanted to remove my skirting to have a smoother finish (and when I agreed, he handled the removal himself). He is genuine, skilled and tidy. I would definitely recommend him!
