Soldering & Crimping Operative
Worthing | Up to £27K | Permanent | Early Friday Finish
Hunters' client, an innovative leader in high-quality electronics manufacturing, is seeking a Soldering & Crimping Operative to join their growing team. You must be available for interview on 17th September.
This is a hands-on role in a friendly, quality-driven environment—perfect for someone with great attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for precision engineering.
Soldering & Crimping Operative What You'll Do:
Cut, strip, crimp & solder cables to exact specifications
Assemble and test high-spec cable products
Work to tight tolerances with pride and accuracy
Follow instructions, take feedback, and keep improving your skills
Soldering & Crimping Operative What You'll Bring:
Experience in soldering (essential - there is a trade test) and cable assembly (or similar fine assembly work)
Must be able to read technical drawings
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Great communication and teamwork skills
