Experienced Panel Wirers Wanted
Multiple Midlands Locations | £14.50 – £17.50/hr DOE
Full time hours - day shifts, Monday - Friday
Temp-to-Perm & Permanent roles available
Are you an experienced Panel Wirer with a passion for quality workmanship and precision?
We're working with a wide network of engineering and manufacturing clients across the Midlands actively seeking experienced Panel Wirers!
What you will be doing:
* Assemble and wire low-voltage and high voltage switchgear and control panels.
* Working from schematic and wiring diagrams
* Installation and termination of components including breakers, relays, PLC's contactors and busbars
* Diagnose and resolve wiring issues during assembly and testing
* Conduct continuity, insulation and functional testing to ensure panels meet quality and safety standards
* Use hand and power tools to manufacture control panels
What We're Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a panel wirer in a switchgear, control panel or similar electrical assembly environment
*
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
*
Experience crimping, terminating and using hand/power tools for panel assembly
*
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
*
Experience with PLC wiring and automation systems
