Full functioning scooter with battery and pump for the tyres included. There a few paint marks on it as it was in the garage while decorating the walls and ceiling.
Reaches 25km/h on flat surface, 30km/h on declined, will not push on inclined as it was not built for that, however it will go up if pushed with your feet.
