I've got this Niu KQI3 PRO for sale.
Bought this for £600 a while ago but barely used it. Almost as good as new. Handles uphill rides with ease.

Added patchproof tyres from Amazon which cost me another £100 including professional installation, both front and back.

Also spent another £30 and got the software changed to another region so that the speed limit was taken off.

I have used the Xiaomi Mi M365, Segway Ninebot and Pure Air 5 and this is a lot better than all of them.
