The charger is included it’s new I just fully charged the battery and tested it to see if it’s fully working and it is and the battery is just worth £200 itself you look at the same battery anywhere in the country new you cannot get it under £200 very hard and that is included new

This is 14 inch wheel well this is for people that have problem walking this is made to take you to the place quick doing 16 miles a hour this has throttle too with the pedal assist
