Description
I love muff, but to say there are a lot of ‘Big M’ circuits out there would be an understatement.
But despite 50 years of revisions and reissues the basic circuit has remained pretty much the same (with the notable exception of op-amp version) with the variations (trianlge, rams head, new york etc) being down to different parts used.
So Alex over at Zander took that core high gain circuit, added 6 clipping options (well 5 and an unhinged & loud NO CIRCUIT mode) and a 4 stage sweepable filter as an EQ to allow you to scoop, shave, boost and focus every frequency to your tastes...
I've got 6 of these, a V1, two V2's, two V3's and a V4 but the V3 has remained my fave as it's just got this creamy and rich harmonic saturation in every clipping flavour...so here's my spare up for grabs.
