Description

Warranty Claims Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Bradford.

For your hard work as a Warranty Claims Administrator our client is offering a salary of £30705.

Benefits:

Basic Salary of £30,705

25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with another 5 days possible to purchase.

At no cost, you also receive Jewish Annual Leave days (last year some staff had almost 40 days of annual leave).

Hybrid working once trained, with different options as to how that works.

Monday-Friday working pattern with optional Saturday overtime at an increased hourly rate.

Producing claims for work covered by Warranty by submission to the manufacturer

Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers

Following up on warranty issues

Answering Warranty related queriesRequirements:

Have a previous working experience within a Warranty Administrator role

Experience of DMS

Strong Warranty Administration background, or have worked within service administration / workshop control

Good organisational and communication skills
