About the Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles. Working in a fast-paced and evolving workshop environment, you’ll carry out manufacturer-approved services, diagnostics, and mechanical and electrical repairs to the highest standards.

You’ll also be responsible for following warranty and service processes accurately, contributing to a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build on your existing experience, with ongoing manufacturer-supported training to keep you up to date with the latest vehicle technologies, including EVs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.

Follow job cards to carry out approved repairs in line with customer requirements.

Conduct safety checks and inspections on newly arrived vehicles.

Remove and refit components across various brands.

Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical and electrical issues.

Work collaboratively with your team to meet department goals.

Carry out manufacturer-approved services and repairs

Follow warranty and service processes accurately

Participate in ongoing manufacturer-supported training programmes

Maintain high-quality standards and meet deadlines

The Ideal Vehicle Technician

We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Previous experience with mechanical and electrical fitting.

Knowledge of multi-brand cars and vans.

A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

NVQ Level 3 (or manufacturer equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance

Minimum 3 years’ experience working on motor vehicles

Basic knowledge of EVs (training provided)

Experience working in a fast-paced service environment
