Vehicle Fleet Assistant – Weybridge, Surrey

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Saturdays: Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am – 1:00pmAre you a reliable and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on role in the motor trade? We’re working with a well-established automotive business in Weybridge that is looking for a Vehicle Fleet Assistant to support their busy fleet operations team.

You’ll be joining a friendly, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a business that offers real potential for growth into other areas of the automotive industry.

About the Role:

As a Vehicle Fleet Assistant, your primary focus will be checking in vehicles as they return from use, ensuring they are clean, undamaged, and ready to go. You’ll also assist with the movement of vehicles in and out of the site, support with deliveries, and occasionally transport vehicles to and from local bodyshops.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Fleet Assistant:

Check in vehicles once they’ve been cleaned, noting any damage or issues

Update internal systems to record vehicle status (training provided – simple IT use)

Assist with vehicle movements and deliveries

Occasionally deliver or collect vehicles from local bodyshops

Work alongside the wider fleet team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Carry out repeat processes 30–40 times per day with accuracy and consistencyWhat Our Client is Looking For as a Vehicle Fleet Assistant:
