The role is hybrid, typically needing someone onsite 3 days a week, and is paying £33 per hour via an Umbrella.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain PMO to join a leading aerospace organisation on a 12-month contract, based in Bristol.

This role will sit within the Supply & Quality Improvement function, supporting governance, reporting, and improvement activities across procurement and supplier management. You'll play a key part in ensuring leadership has clear visibility of supplier performance, risks, and opportunities, while driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting and organising governance meetings (PIA, SteerCo, JIPs).

Recording and monitoring action plans, ensuring progress is tracked and reported.

Producing executive-level reports and dashboards summarising procurement performance, supplier risks, and KPIs.

Tracking supplier performance across delivery, quality, and costs.

Supporting audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, recommending improvements to processes and reporting.

Supporting procurement teams in delivering Joint Improvement Plans (JIPs).

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in PMO, Supply Chain, Quality, or VSM (Value Stream Mapping).

Strong knowledge of project management methods and structured governance.

Ability to turn business problems into meaningful, actionable reporting for senior leadership.

Confident with KPIs, data trends, and executive reporting.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (French or Spanish a bonus).

Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and willing to travel internationally when required.

What's on Offer

12-month contract with a leading aerospace organisation.

Based in Bristol.

£33 per hour (via umbrella).

Opportunity to work on high-profile international supply chain projects.

If you have experience in supply chain governance, PMO, and executive reporting, and want to support key improvement projects in an international environment, we'd love to hear from you
