Exterior Smart Repair Technician

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Exterior Smart Repair Technician to join their growing vehicle reconditioning team at a state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville.

As a Smart Repair Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring quality and a right-first-time approach on every repair. Using the latest smart repair, polishing, and plastic rectification techniques, you’ll help enhance vehicle appearance and support the overall reconditioning process.

Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality smart repairs to vehicles, including paintwork, plastics, and polishing.

*

Ensure all repair work meets required standards and is completed efficiently.

*

Use the latest tools, equipment, and repair materials to achieve a high-quality finish.

*

Work collaboratively within the quality and inspection teams to meet production goals.

*

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

About You

We’re looking for a skilled Smart Repair Technician who takes pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail. You’ll be confident using the latest repair methods and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Minimum requirements:

*

Proven experience in block and polish techniques.

*

Skilled in plastic repair and smart repair methods.

*

Knowledge of paint mixing and paint rectification.

*

Full UK driving licence (manual).
