Production Operative - Part-Time Temporary
Thirsk, North Yorkshire Part-Time | Wednesdays & Thursdays: 07:30-16:30 | Fridays: 07:30-12:00 £12.21 per hour | Paid Weekly (PAYE)
Berry Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturer in Thirsk to recruit a Production Operative for a temporary 3-week assignment, with the possibility of extension.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or production who is confident using hand tools and can follow detailed build plans and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble drinks dispensers and coolers from components using hand tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers, wrenches)
Follow build plans and work instructions accurately
Work to daily and weekly production targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience on a production or assembly line (preferred)
Comfortable using hand tools and following technical build plans
Able to meet deadlines with high attention to detail
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team £12.21 per hour, paid weekly via PAYE
Working Hours:
Wednesday & Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
