Role – Parts Manager
Salary – £30,000 OTE £35,000
Location – Bolton
Hours – Monday to Friday ONLY (No Weekends!)
Richard Abson Group are assisting a Premium Car Dealership in Bolton to find them an experienced Parts Manager.
As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Parts Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient supply of parts to both retail customers and the workshop. You’ll lead, motivate, and manage a team, driving performance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Your role will include stock control, monitoring departmental performance against targets, developing strategies to maximise sales and profitability, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and co-ordinate the daily operations of the Parts Department.
* Lead and develop the parts team, setting clear goals and objectives.
* Ensure workshop and retail customers receive an outstanding service.
* Control stock levels, ordering, and returns to maximise efficiency and minimise obsolescence.
* Monitor department KPIs and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
* Ensure all health & safety and company policies are adhered to.
The dealership is offering a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £35,000, plus bonus and overtime. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm – with absolutely NO WEEKEND work required!
