Description

Our client, a reputable and well-established car dealership in Sidcup, South London, is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their professional team.

This Parts Advisor position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to develop their career within a modern dealership environment, providing stability, progression, and attractive earning potential.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of approximately £30,000 per annum

Profit-driven bonus scheme averaging £450 to £650 per month

Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with some flexibility on finish times

Rotational Saturday mornings, approximately once every three weeks (8:30am to 12:30pm)

State-of-the-art dealership facilities and a large parts department

Providing excellent customer service to retail and trade clients

Managing parts stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring product availability

Handling parts sales efficiently and accurately

Overseeing warranty claims and managing returns in the capacity of the Parts Advisor

Supporting stock control, warehouse management, and stock rotation processes

Assisting the sales team with parts enquiries and technical information

Maintaining health and safety standards within the dealership

Building strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers

Handling administrative duties related to parts inventory and salesRequirements:

Minimum of two years’ experience working within an automotive parts department

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

IT proficiency, including experience with stock management systems and MS Office

Enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated to high standards as a Parts Advisor

Previous experience in telesales or traditional parts retail is considered advantageous
