Light Vehicle Mechanics - Upskill into PSV/Bus Engineering
Location: Bolton
Salary: £34,000 basic (38-hour week, paid weekly) + shift enhancements
Shorterm Group are seeking Light Vehicle Mechanics who are motivated to progress into the PSV/Bus engineering sector.
We run a 12-month, paid, on-the-job Upskilling Programme designed to help light vehicle mechanics transition into highly skilled Bus Mechanics.
What's on offer:
Structured 12-month training programme with hands-on experience.
Paid weekly, with a starting salary of £34,000 (based on 38 hours/week) - potential to earn more depending on shifts.
Shift work (early and late shifts).
A direct offer of employment with our client upon successful completion of the programme.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanics.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
At least 3 years' experience working as a vehicle mechanic.
