Description
Good antique early 17th century joiner made oak blanket chest.
Early style of arcaded carving seen in Elizabethan and Jacobean furniture and woodwork of the later 16th and early 17th century.
Four panels to front and the top.
Original untouched surfaces with polished patina.
Made of very heavy dense dark English oak.
Useful spacious storage.
