Double bed frame (more like King size) / ONLY AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION FROM MONDAY 3rd NOVEMBER!

So I'm putting this advert up now, but collection will only be available from MONDAY 3rd NOVEMBER. If the collection date becomes sooner - I will update it in the title. I'd like to put in on gumtree early to generate some interest for it.

It's a large bed frame which I initially got back in 2018 (second-hand from a previous owner).

It feels very sturdy, I haven't had any issues with it all that time. I used my standard double mattress on it, but the base is actually slightly bigger than that, so I would guess you could possibly fit in a King size mattress too.

Very simple to assemble together, no tools required. You connect the slats with the black connectors, but please keep in mind there is one connector missing (documented in the photos). This made no difference for me.

One thing I will say to also keep in mind is that it's VERY USED - the fabric doesn't look as clean now as it might do from these photos, though I'm sure you can clean the bed down with a fabric cleaner to help restore it. I don't even know who the previous owner was or how much they even used it!

So I've used it daily for over 7 years now, but most importantly is that it's a very sturdy bed regardless. Overall it just needs a very good disinfectant clean, unless you don't mind about this. It won't come with any mattress, I'm going to dispose that.

I'm moving out at the beginning of November 2025 but I need it until then - if you really wanted to secure it then please let me know? I know this isn't exactly ideal but hopefully it'll work out in the end.

Collection will be from central Brighton (next to Churchill Square). There's no lift and about 5 flights of stairs. The parts of the bed aren't exactly heavy, I can help you take it down if it's just yourself collecting.
