About the Family A lovely young couple from a UHNW family are seeking a highly experienced and organised Senior Housekeeper to oversee the smooth running of their Kensington residence. This is a lively family home with five children (cared for by nannies) and a friendly family dog. The role involves managing and working alongside 2 other housekeepers to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Oversee, train, and manage a team of 2 housekeepers.

Hands-on housekeeping: daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management.

Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure all areas of the home are cared for consistently.

Manage household supplies, inventories, and stock rotation.

Liaise with nannies and other household staff to ensure seamless teamwork.

Assist with household organisation and occasional errands.

Pet-friendly and comfortable around the family dog.

Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a calm presence in a busy household.

Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in private UHNW households.

Proven team management experience within a household or hospitality setting.

Strong organisational and leadership skills, with hands-on housekeeping ability.

Longevity in previous roles and excellent references.

Up-to-date DBS check (or willing to obtain).

Professional, reliable, and trustworthy, with excellent attention to detail.

This role would suit a highly skilled housekeeper who enjoys leading a team while still being hands-on, and who thrives in a busy, family-focused environment.
