Self-Employed Deep & End-of-Tenancy Cleaners – £20–£22/hr

Description

We’re looking for experienced self-employed cleaners to join our local network for flexible deep-cleaning and end-of-tenancy work across Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham and surrounding areas.

This could suit an established cleaner who would like additional jobs alongside their existing work. Assignments will be offered as they become available, with the location, date, expected hours and cleaning requirements provided beforehand. You are always free to accept or decline a job.

Pay and expenses

• £20–£22 per hour, depending on your experience and the assignment

• Minimum payment of three hours for each accepted job

• Payment against invoice

• Cleaners cover their usual travel time and fuel costs

• Pre-approved parking, tolls or exceptional travel expenses may be reimbursed separately

The work may include

• Deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans

• Kitchens, bathrooms, cupboards and appliances

• Internal windows and detailed finishing

• Following a cleaning checklist to achieve an inspection-ready finish

• Letting us know about any damage or maintenance issues found at the property

What we’re looking for

• Previous deep-cleaning or end-of-tenancy experience

• Your own professional cleaning equipment and products

• Public liability insurance

• Reliable transport

• Good communication and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and provide invoices
