Housekeeping Couple Required ASAP for a Private Country Estate on the Leicestershire/Warwickshire borders.
We are seeking an experienced, discreet and hands-on Housekeeping Couple for a stunning 30-acre private estate on Leicestershire/Warwickshire borders. This long-term role offers a beautiful working environment, excellent package, and off-site local village accommodation all bills paid.
The principals are a couple with no children who are not resident in the UK and have multiple fully staffed homes in Europe and overseas.
Duties include:
• Meticulous housekeeping, laundry & wardrobe care
• Seasonal deep cleaning & care of antiques, art & fine fabrics
• Assisting with service & entertaining
• Gardening support, lawn care, vehicle upkeep & light maintenance
• Driving duties, errands & airport runs
• Security & alarm response
Requirements:
Proven private household experience for previous UHNW employers Previous experience on your CV showing long periods of employment rather than frequent changes.
Excellent references that can be verified plus a clean driving licence Dog-friendly couple as care with dogs will occasionally be needed, a couple with a flexible, positive “can-do” attitude
Competent with household systems & basic IT
A couple who are looking for a long term role to settle into.
The Package:
Excellent Salary of £70,000 doe. plus benefits
Plus a fully furnished 4-bed off site local village house with garage and garden will be offered all utilities & council tax paid, (excl. internet/TV extras) plus benefits.
Hours - Mon–Fri, 40 hrs per week weekends off - (flexibility when principals in residence) you will be working with another couple so workload will be shared to enable 2 days off per week for each couple.
