Highly recommended post in Marlow for an experienced Gardener and Housekeeper couple to look after a beautiful country house and garden for employer.

Employer needs complete peace of mind that house and garden are being well looked after and so would best suit a knowledgeable gardener and organised meticulous housekeeper with good track record and excellent references. Duties include all housekeeping and general maintenance and upkeep of the house and grounds.

There is 1 part-time gardener employed and others added as necessary to assist. When employer is in residence some family style cooking (not dinner parties) may be required also.

Security is paramount so it is essential that someone sleeps in the staff accommodation every night (apart from holidays and booked time off when cover can be arranged). Staff accommodation is a lovely 3 bed cottage on the estate, all costs covered.

Working hours are generally Monday - Friday, 9-5, but when the owner is in residence, flexibility to work longer hours and occasional help at the weekend will be required.

Interviewing now to start Jan/Feb 2027 although flexibility for the ideal couple to start earlier if preferred.

Salary negotiable from £75k - £80k+ gross pa.

Previous experience working in private service as a couple and verifiable references essential
