Location: London Position: Full-time, Live-out Salary: £50,000+ per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) Start Date: ASAP

Overview Stanton Miller Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Private Driver / Personal Assistant to support a private principal in London.

This is a highly trusted, long-term position requiring absolute discretion, professionalism and reliability. The role is best suited to an individual with a strong military background, outstanding driving capability, and a calm, service-led approach.

Please note: this position is strictly open to candidates with an Ex-Gurkha military background. Applications from candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities Provide safe, smooth and highly professional driving at all times Transport the principal to meetings, appointments and personal engagements Carry out personal errands and ad-hoc PA support Assist with dog walking and basic pet care as required Maintain the vehicle to an immaculate standard, ensuring it is always clean and road-ready Monitor servicing, maintenance schedules and compliance Remain flexible to changing plans and last-minute requests Uphold the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism Essential Requirements Ex-Gurkha military background (essential – non-negotiable) Full, clean UK driving licence Proven experience as a professional/private driver Excellent knowledge of London roads and routes Fluent English (spoken and written) Impeccable presentation and calm, professional demeanour Strong situational awareness and service mindset DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Advanced or defensive driving qualifications advantageous Additional Information Vehicle provided Flexibility required in line with the principal’s schedule Long-term opportunity within a private household environment The Role Would Suit A highly disciplined, discreet and service-driven individual from an Ex-Gurkha background seeking a stable, long-term role within a private household, where professionalism and trust are paramount.
