We’re opening a brand-new restaurant in Edinburgh and looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join the team from day one.
If you know your way around sushi, take pride in your work, and enjoy a fast-paced kitchen — we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
Preparing fresh sushi and Japanese dishes to a high standard Keeping everything consistent, clean, and well presented Managing prep and stock day-to-day Working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly What we’re looking for:
Solid experience as a Sushi Chef (this is a must) Good knowledge of sushi prep and food hygiene Someone reliable, organised, and calm under pressure A team player with a positive attitude What you’ll get:
