Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing short-term rental properties to a high standard between guest stays. This includes ensuring spaces are spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked for each new arrival. If you take pride in delivering five-star cleanliness and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Perform full changeover cleans between Airbnb guest stays
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
Change and make beds with fresh linen; restock towels and toiletries
Check and reset property presentation (e.g. cushions, decor, lighting) to match listing photos
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items promptly
Ensure high attention to detail—nothing is missed that could impact a guest’s stay
Follow scheduled cleanings and communicate with the operations team as needed

Requirements

Previous experience with Airbnb, holiday let, or hotel cleaning is highly preferred
Strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Flexible availability, including weekends and quick turnarounds between bookings
Able to drive and own vehicle
Available on weekends
Friendly, professional attitude—every clean contributes to a guest’s experience

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
