Hi, I’m Scott, one of the Directors at Ipswich Home Services. We are a newly founded house cleaning team serving ipswich & the greater ipswich areas.
Our key focus is the relationships we build with our clients. To help us achieve this, we provide client interviews. A client interview is where the client can speak one to one with one of our Directors, this gives everyone the opportunity to put forward any special requests & concerns. We use this interview to help us get to know our clients and their needs better. Our cleaning team will be updated accordingly by the director. It is so important to communicate with our clients effectively, especially if your letting us into your home!
If there is anyway we can improve our processes to help better help our clients, please let us know & the idea will be reviewed by our directors.
All cleaners are DBS checked & briefed before going out to our clients. Once we’ve assigned you a cleaner, we can either assign you the same person every time or change cleaners. You will be able to cover any special requests in your introduction interview.
