I asked for 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one toilet downstairs, lounge and kitchen and Oven cleaning. Instead they only cleaned 3 bedrooms , downstairs toilet full of cobwebs, oven wasn’t clean inside. My sister and I were very disappointed and yet charging me for 9 hours when they started 10:30am to 15: 06 pm . I thought I was dealing with a company but instead you asked me to pay the 2 people each. The gentleman wasn’t even communicating as he said he doesn’t know English. Window sills were not cleaned. Carpets were not shampooed for Deep cleaning. I am disappointed
