Really upset to be leaving a negative review as James was lovely and helpful when he came to quote. However after having arranged childcare, a skip and somewhere else for my partner to sleep (he works nights) James hasn't turned up today as promised and hasn't responded to messages and calls. He had rearranged from Monday this week to Friday which I was happy to do so would have understood if he needed to rearrange again or even cancel but I've heard nothing- really disappointing as we had more work to be completed that he'd quoted and my parents wanted quotes from him too. Real shame.

James did an excellent job, repairing the roof of our shed! He came as promised and delivered within a days work. The work was done professionally and he is a bery nice guy to have around the house. Highly recommended
