Melanie cancelled on me twice, with no follow up thereafter. We had confirmed a time once on the phone and again via text, and the night before the scheduled morning clean she asked for a third confirmation. Because I replied "late", she decided not to come. If she required a third confirmation, she should have given enough time - rather than leave it to 8pm the night before. After this incident she cancelled on me again. She didn't follow up ever.
