Not really sure why my reviews are being deleted. This is a genuine review of my dealings with this business and I feel the removal of reviews goes against the entire point! Poor experience of this company. Not the most polite and very unprofessional. I was only going to leave my honest review on here where my interaction took place. However I will be leaving this review on their other platforms too now. Bark should not be facilitating the removal of genuine reviews.

Not the most polite or professional company out there. I contacted them for a quote for a weekly clean and their response was extremely poor. Based on initial contact, I unfortunately would not recommend this company.
