Description

I have 10 Years experience in the domiciliary care sector, I have previously worked for a company and started as a carer and worked my way through the hierarchy to registered manager. I then decided to become a self employed care assistant to be able to give quality care to clients in their own homes. Testimonials can be given on request and I am also registered on the DBS update service. I also hold NVQ level 3 and 5 in health and social care. I live in the High Peak.

I also carry out cleaning, from deep cleans to light cleaning.

Jenna provided excellent service, very attentive and knowledgeable. She took care to listen and used care and attention for my specific needs and situation. Nothing was too much trouble and she always took time and patience with everything she needed to do. If I had any concerns regarding other carers she would report back to the MD and try to get resolution, she showed true responsibly and dedication to her job.
