AVOID !!! This company has a notorious reputation recently for dishonestly cutting down people’s pay after they have completed the job. She does this based on false claims and threatens you with lawyers if you complain. Also, she is quite disorganised with her business and hardly keeps to time.

The owner of this company is very mean and dubious. Avoid her as much as you can in any capacity what so ever. She is not an honest person and she is a big time cheat.

I had a disappointing experience with Crystal Shine Cleaning Services. The owner is dishonest and shows little regard for her workers. She unjustly cuts pay for faults that aren’t the employee's responsibility and then lies to save face. Anyone considering employment or working for her should think twice and run in the opposite direction. For those looking to hire her services, be aware that she will exploit her resources to underpay the very people doing the work. Once you voice your concerns, she will block you from further communication, making it impossible to resolve any issues. If you need proof of my claims, feel free to reach out to me.

The cleaning was thorough and the results were good. Crystal's transport arrangements, however, were abysmal. The girls were delivered two hours later than expected and waited nearly two hours to be collected after the work was completed.
