Maggie

This is Maggie, our darling, beautiful Italian mastiff. She is 10 months old she will be a year old in December the date is slightly off but we did get her at 8 weeks old. There is another ad on here my husband put up. Unfortunately we are having to rehome her, I'm so sad because I love her to bits, but our other female dog has suddenly started to pick on her, maybe because she's had her first season we're not sure, our bully is very protective of her dad and i think its jealousy because they were fine at first but now they just don't get on and it's our bully not Maggie that has started getting aggressive. We haven't come to this decision lightly and we don't want to rehome Maggie but it's not fair on either dog. she's still a young playful puppy although large! And we want her to go to someone who knows the breed, is experienced with large dogs. She goes to the toilet outside in our garden. She's not leash trained, we tried and an incident occurred with another dog getting loose and lunging for Maggie so now she's a bit skittish but she gives lovely warm slobbery kisses, she sits for her dinner and she does paw and she loves the sofa and sleeps on the floor in our bedroom but sometimes gets on the bed at night for cuddles.She just needs a bit of training on the lead, they are notoriously stubborn dogs I know but if your willing to give her the time she will be such a loyal loving girl🩷 she can go in about two weeks time once we have worked on walking her on the lead.
