Ragner is the most loving dog ever, and like all furbabe,s deserves the best, he loves human beings, loves to e close (sits on every1, s knees), loves his grub, loves playing games, chase-es being a favourite.
But, circumstances change and in the interest of the pet re-homing is best, however it's hard, not easy to let go even when it's best.
If you can support Ragner with love and a home temporarily with potential of permanent home with you please get in touch, complete re-homing is too severe just now
